Shipping & Delivery
We generally ship items within one or two business days of our receipt and acceptance of the order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to contact the purchaser.
We fill domestic orders using USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS, which generally results in delivery within two to five days.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, time is NOT of the essence, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. DELMOSPEED is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation laws, rules, regulations or acts of an government embargos, blockades, armed conflict, terrorism, labor disputes, delays of carrier or suppliers, shortages or material, accidents, fires, floods, weather conditions and any other acts of God.
International Shipping
- We do ship internationally to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and your countries import taxes and or duties are at your expense. Please enter your country and postal code at checkout for an estimated shipping cost.
- Expected delivery time of 7-21 business days, but note: customs may delay your order for reasons outside of our control. Make sure to check your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order.
- Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays.
Please note that all international shipping rates provided at the time of checkout are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary based on factors such as package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates at the time of shipment. If the final shipping cost exceeds the estimated amount, we will contact you with the revised amount and request additional payment before dispatching your order.
We strive to ensure that shipping costs are as accurate as possible; however, international shipping can be unpredictable, and adjustments may be necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost after we ship it, DELMOSPEED will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as "delivered," which means the carrier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to DELMOSPEED, DELMOSPEED will reship the order. Please note that DELMOSPEED is not responsible for errors of carrier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It, therefore, is very important that you ensure that the address you provide is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you.
